Shipping Policy

ProPoint ships all equipment 24-48 hours from the time of order. Equipment can be shipped unprogrammed, however, the merchant will be responsible for downloading and installing the accompanying software themselves. For an additional $19.95, the merchant can have the terminal shipped to them completely programmed. If you sign up for a processing account in addition to purchasing a terminal, we will ship out your order within 24 hours after your account has been approved.
