Our Philosphy
Our approach is straightforward and consultative. We work with merchants to understand their business so we can implement solutions, not just sell products. We are one of the few companies that combine such a full suite of services, allowing ProPoint to provide a tailored solution for each merchant and to work with them as they grow. Whether the merchant is a small single location pizza shop or a multilocation chain, we work to make sure the right products are in place. Then, our goal is to exceed a merchant’s expectations by providing impeccable service.
We want to have long term relationships with our merchants. To achieve that, we place a lot of emphasis and resources on service and support. Every merchant has access to a local representative who can provide personal support and answer any questions. Additionally, our corporate office is always accessible to provide assistance and research and resolve transaction inquiries. Finally, our fully staffed 24/7/365 national support center is always available for technical assistance to merchants and their staff.
But support goes beyond troubleshooting the occassional issues that arise. We proactively reach out to merchants to help them stay current with new trends in the payment industry, including helping them understand Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI) compliance and how they may be affected by those requirements. |
